RECIPE - Soya Puff Pastry

Method

1Mix all the ingredients in (a) to form a dough, let it rest for 15 minutes

2Roll out the dough into rectangular shape about 8-10 mm thick, place the pastry margarine onto it occupied ½ of the size then cover it as shown in figure

3Roll out the dough to about 8-10mm thick and make a book folding as shown in the figure below

4Let it rest for 10 minutes and repeat step(3) for 3 more times. For every folding let it rest 10 minutes in between

5Roll out the dough to 3 mm thick, cut it into 10cm x 10cm
