RECIPE - Soya Quiche

Method

1Roll the puff pastry to 2 mm thick and line it onto a 10 inches pie mould

2Fry onion slices with some oil till soft and fragrant, let cool

3Place the broccoli onto the boiling water. Cook for couple of minutes, drain, let cool

4Place the onion, broccoli, baked bean onto the puff dough, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese onto it

5Prepare custard filling by mixing all the ingredients till well blended, sieve it and pour onto the pie mould line with puff pastry and vegetable

6Temperature: 200°C for about 30 minutes
