| 1 | Roll the puff pastry to 2 mm thick and line it onto a 10 inches pie mould |
| 2 | Fry onion slices with some oil till soft and fragrant, let cool |
| 3 | Place the broccoli onto the boiling water. Cook for couple of minutes, drain, let cool |
| 4 | Place the onion, broccoli, baked bean onto the puff dough, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese onto it |
| 5 | Prepare custard filling by mixing all the ingredients till well blended, sieve it and pour onto the pie mould line with puff pastry and vegetable |
| 6 | Temperature: 200°C for about 30 minutes |
