“The Yeo’s Peraduan Antara Sekolah – Binaan Kitar Semula Kreatif 1Malaysia competition was a great experience as it ignited the essence of the theme: to work in unity as a team regardless of age, race, religion and creed to create remarkable sculptures using empty Yeo’s soy milk packs. In line with the government’s vision and initiatives, the competition aimed to instill the intrinsic values of the 1Malaysia concept in the hearts and minds of our future generations,” said Vincent.

As with the original initiative, Yeo’s Program Susu Soya Sekolah 2 will bring educational talks on the importance of a balanced food diet plus distribute Yeo’s soy milk to the students.
“We certainly welcome the participation of the private sector through efforts such as these that ultimately benefit schools and their students. It is significant to have activities that are in line with the government’s objective of developing individual potential through quality education. The children were given a platform to exercise creativity, problem solving and demonstrate leadership skills as well as embrace a recycling mindset. The competition has certainly provided an excellent opportunity and platform for students and teachers to work on a project together to foster a stronger bond between generations,”said Puan Rahanim Binti Abd Rahim, Timbalan Pegawai Pelajaran Daerah, Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah Petaling Utama, Selangor.
