Yeo’s Introduced Malaysia’s First Aseptic Cold Fill PET Production Line – 13th Nov 2013

PETALING JAYA, Selangor (13th November) – Malaysia’s leading beverage and food manufacturer, Yeo Hiap Seng (Malaysia) Berhad (“Yeo’s”), has launched the First Aseptic Cold Fill PET Beverage Production Line in Malaysia, delivering Malaysian’s all-time favourite Asian Drinks with natural goodness and great refreshing taste.

Aseptic Cold Fill PET Technology ranks no. 1 in beverage production process. The Aseptic Cold Filling processing and packaging aim to meet the needs of fast- growing trend of health-conscious consumers. “Aseptic Cold Fill Technology is highly regarded because its key filling process is done in normal temperature or cold fill and this technology is able to deliver beverages with higher nutritional value that taste fresher and natural” said Mr Ong Chay Seng, Chief Operating Officer of Yeo’s in his welcoming speech.

Also present at the official launch at Damansara Performing Arts Centre (DPAC), Mutiara Damansara, to officiate the wholesome experience of ultra-hygienic production process was Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Azman Mahmud, Deputy CEO 1 of Malaysian Investment Development Authorities (MIDA).

“Yeo’s products are highly diversified and designed with Asian flavours in mind. In view of this, MIDA will continue to initiate efforts towards developing the Food & Beverages industry in Malaysia, especially in regards to the manufacturing sector in order to assist and ensure that Malaysia achieves its economic transformation goals and aspirations towards a developed nation by the year 2020,” said Dato’ Azman
